As we enter into these days of Holy Week, let us come as we are – broken and in need of healing.
Those present with Jesus during the first Holy Week were far from perfect, self-focused, oblivious to God’s saving action. Yet, they were present alongside Jesus, in close proximity, and giving as they were able.
Let us come – broken and open to receiving God’s saving love. Jesus desires nothing more than to heal us, save us, and draw us close to Himself. Let us set these days apart to allow His love to take effect in our lives.
