The Lord delights in those who love Him (Psalm 147:11).
Trusting God is made far more difficult by so many people who seemingly choose to live without regard for our Lord and His ways.
Recall, however, the unmistakable teaching from the First Reading at Mass this past Sunday. God is willing to forgive the sins of entire cities for the sake of a few faithful ones (Genesis 18:20-32).
Patiently persevere!
One day the Lord God will show us the astonishing influence of our humble prayers, of the sacrifices made by parents for their children, of the sick suffering for the sake of those most in need of divine mercy.
