Altar Rosary Society

The Little Flower Altar Rosary Society is open to women of the parish 18 and over. It promotes among its members devotion to the Blessed Sacrament, to the Mother of Jesus, and to the rosary. We also provide for the needs of the sanctuary; foster Catholic culture; support parish activities, and are an active unit of the Diocesan and National Council of Catholic Women. Meetings are typically held the second Thursday of the month.

CYO Sports

The sports program of Little Flower Parish provides all children in the parish with an opportunity to learn and develop skills in a variety of sports. The focus of the program is to provide a Christian atmosphere while encouraging valuable lessons of teamwork and good sportsmanship.  We currently offer football, volleyball, basketball, softball, baseball, soccer, track and field, and cross-country.

With Our Lady of Lourdes, both parishes co-sponsor the sports programs played by St. Benedict Catholic School students, but invite all children in our parishes to participate.  Prior to the school merger, Little Flower’s mascot name was “Flyers” and Our Lady of Lourdes players were the “Lions.” Members of St. Benedict teams are the “Flying Lions.”

Evangelization

It is the mission of the Little Flower Evangelization Ministry to connect with individuals who are searching for their faith and/or have fallen away from the Church.
