MATTHEW 10:37-44
- Just as there is a proper order to making something, Jesus teaches there is a certain sequence for daily living.
- God must be the first love in all relationships and activities.
- When we love God first, all other loves – family, friends – actually grow stronger and more dynamic.
- That is, loving God increases our capacity for loving others.
- Our love of God always is a personal response to His first loving us.
