Whenever correcting someone, it important to know from where I have received the authority to say this about the matter concerning me.

Everyone has a story and it is vital to learn it before rendering judgement. Indeed, I want others giving me the benefit of the doubt along with wanting to get to know me as a person.
Two key questions to keep before us always:
- WHY am I doing this?
- HOW am I doing this?
