Christians pray humbly, faithfully and sincerely.

Personal prayer is the pathway to the real and lasting happiness our souls ache to experience. Be resolute in dedicating time with God. Don’t fret over if you feel like doing it about it or where you do it or what happens during it – just take time to pray.

Though an old coach of mine was not speaking about prayer, his wisdom from the hardwood applies nicely in this instance: you’ve got to show up.
