Holy Week – Tuesday (3/27)

Sin always involves a denial of Jesus, some measure of rejecting Him, to a greater or lesser degree infidelity.

Sincere contrition for our failures is how we find our way to back to God and, through Him, to others we have wronged. How tremendously important it is to make our way back again to Jesus as often as necessary!

Linked to Jesus, whenever we are sorry out of love for the sins we have committed – repentance – our beleaguered soul is revived and hope is restored. Divine Mercy has this affect every time we humbly make our way to God. Sincere contrition always attracts God’s mercy.
