Accompanying every temptation there always is actual grace sufficient to overcome it. Instead of being distressed by the violence of the struggle, receive the grace God always gives and turn to Him in humble, confident prayer.
O Jesus, in the desert that is my life teach me how to fight the temptations assailing me.
