Today – June 24 – the Church places before us the great figure of John the Baptist. In pondering the one who fulfilled his mission faithfully, we can ask ourselves whether we too make straight the ways of the Lord Jesus Christ so that He may enter into the souls of those family and friends whom we encounter.
