Purpose
is our Faith formation Program for 8th Graders preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Purpose is a truly transformative approach to confirmation, with a focus on evangelizing our young church and accompanying them as they become intentional disciples. Purpose will be offered on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month (beginning September 14th – April 26) starting with 5:00pm Mass and includes a presentation, large and small group activities, spiritual and social encounters.
Students are required to attend a retreat as part of their Formation.
Registration is required.
When is Purpose?
Purpose is offered on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of every month (Starting September 14 – April 26) 5:00-8:00pm. Online registration is required before attending. (Includes 5:00 pm Mass, dinner, presentation, with large and small group activities.

- August 17 - Parent/Teen Info Session 12:15pm in O’Grady Community Room
- September 14th - PURPOSE Kickoff. Join us for an exciting evening featuring a teen-focused Mass, dinner, and a variety of fun activities.
- October 31 - November 2 Retreat @ Camp Damascus
- April 23, 2026 - 7:00pm Confirmation @ Holy Rosary Cathedral
