THOMAS is best known for his disbelief in Jesus’ Resurrection. After their own encountering the Risen Lord (John 20:19-23), the disciples must have tried to convince their friend Thomas who had not been with them. They do not leave their friend their friend Thomas behind, instead keeping him with them (John 20:24-29). How passionate and persistent are we in dealing with our Christian brothers and sisters who, like us at any moment, are quite capable of falling into discouragement and loneliness?
