Papal Conclave Begins Today

The Mass for the Election of the Roman Pontiff is being prayed right now – 10:00 a.m. in St. Peter’s Basilica/5:00 a.m. EST.

Later today – 4:30 p.m. in Rome/11:30 a.m. EST – the 115 cardinal-electors will make their way in solemn procession to the Sistine Chapel to begin the proceedings for their electing a new pope. We will not see them or hear from them until their work is complete.

Good grief – what if we were not allowed to come out until all our work was done?

Please pray God’s Will to be done; after all that is what matters most.
